How are taxes handled?

Neither Lesson Connection or Stripe reports income. Much like receiving cash or a venmo payment, your filing is self report.



How do I communicate with players that have booked a lesson?

You can leave notes for players within the application. You will find this in the details section of the lesson that has been booked with the player. They will receieve a text message that displays the notes left for them regarding the lesson.



What is the cancellation policy?

To help protect coaches, we have incldued a last-minute cancellation policy for players that cancel the lesson within 24 hours. If the player cancels within 24 hours, they will be charged for 60% of the lesson fee. We know that emergencies happen, so if you wish for the player to not be charged then we encourage you to cancel the lesson for the player to avoid this charge.
