How do I change or edit my profile picture within the app?

Our system uses the images avaliable on your clubs website to complete a coach profile. Coaches and Directors can easily request to change their profile image using the link in the Resources section at the bottom of this page.



My player isn't seeing my scheduled lesson. Can you help?

Please make sure that you have signed up for Stripe. We do need coaches and directors offering lesosns to sign up for Stripe in the app (located under the payments tab) to know where to send the payment for your lesson. If you are still having issues, please contact us for assistance.



Question

As a coach or director, do I need to manually approve every lesson booked?

Nope! We want to help remove manual work and interruptions from your days with automations. After setting up available lessons, you do not need to confirm the lesson. If something comes up and you are no longer available to complete the lesson, you can cancel and send the player a note within the app.
